Triple A

Access. Aspire. Achieve. Through tailored disability support and mentoring.

Our mentors provide personalised support, through tailored activities designed to suit each person’s needs, we create engaging experiences that promote growth and independence.

Together, we help every individual
Access, Aspire and Achieve.

Welcome to Triple A, where we believe in the power of Access, Aspire, Achieve.

Here is our story...

Our journey began with our son, who was diagnosed with a rare chromosome syndrome called 49, XXXXY. This diagnosis opened our eyes to the many gaps in disability support services and inspired us to create something truly unique and special.

As parents, we wanted to ensure in the future our son, like everyone else, has the opportunity to thrive, to connect with his community, and to live a life filled with purpose and joy. But we also recognised that many individuals with varying abilities face barriers to accessing meaningful support that empowers them to grow, learn, and engage with the world around them.

This is why we founded Triple A – to provide a modern and unique approach to disability mentoring that fosters independence, inclusion, and physical health and wellbeing.

The meaning behind our name

The three A’s represent more than just our values of Access, Aspire, and Achieve – they also hold a special significance in our family’s story.

The 3 extra chromosomes our son Vinnie has with 49, XXXXY syndrome.

The 3 Astons, our family, united on this journey.

The 3 A’s that represent us: Access, Aspire, and Achieve.

Redefining disability support by tailoring guidance, activity and individual needs

At Triple A, we are transforming disability support by replacing outdated terms like carer and personal assistant with mentor, a role focused on empowerment, guidance, and growth.

1:1 Tailored Mentorship – Helping individuals build essential life skills in a fun, engaging, and supportive way.

Exploration & Growth – Encouraging new hobbies, social development, and confidence-building through physical activities.

Group Support & Community – Creating strong connections and a sense of belonging among individuals of all abilities.

Together, we’ll create a brighter, more inclusive future for our members!

At Triple A, we’re not just providing support — we’re empowering individuals to thrive.

Meet our founder: Cory Aston

“Growing up my dream job was to become a professional Rugby League player, and I am grateful that I have managed to make that dream become a reality. I was fortunate that I managed to secure a full-time professional contract with Rugby League giants Leeds Rhinos also playing a number of games for Castleford Tigers and London Broncos amongst a number of other clubs. I am lucky enough that I am still living out my dream and currently playing for Doncaster RLFC, hopefully for many more years to come. But now I have a new dream, I want to have the best disability support and mentoring company around!

In the world of rugby league, every player knows that success is built on discipline, resilience and determination. But for me, those lessons aren’t just left on the field. They were the foundation for my next big challenge: creating Triple A, a disability support and mentoring company with a mission to provide our members with the resources, opportunities, and support they need to thrive.

The same determination I applied to my rugby career now fuels my drive to make sure my son, and countless others, have the best possible opportunities as they navigate their journeys through life. Seeing the world through my son’s eyes, and understanding the obstacles he might face, ignited something deep within me. I wanted to make a real, lasting impact and modernise the face of disability support for good.”

“This isn’t just about business for me — it’s personal.
And it’s that passion and drive that will continue to power everything we do at Triple A.”

    Frequently Asked Questions

    General Questions

We provide tailored disability support and mentoring services to meet the unique needs of each member. Our support ranges from 1-1 support, including accessing other services such as places like Whirlow hall farm, personal development, support in accessing the community and doing fun and engaging activities. We also promote social inclusion, building independence and life skills.

Our services are available to individuals with disabilities as well as individuals that may just need a positive, trusting and mentoring relationship for a little extra support and guidance. We work with young people (12+) and adults to ensure they receive the support and assistance they need.

We start with meeting the family to understand the needs, goals, and preferences of each of our members, based on this, we create a personalised support plan that evolves as their needs change. This initial meeting can be in person or over a video call.

    Funding & Payment

Funding for our services usually comes from local authorities, but individuals can also self-fund.

This can depend on the funding the individual has access too, this can come from  direct payments, directly from the council on approval and private payments. Contact us for more details on our rates.

    Support & Mentoring

Our mentoring programs focus on personal development, confidence-building, social skills, and independent living skills. We match mentors based on the specific needs and goals of each individual.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer our support services in the home. However, we do provide support in the community and/or in educational and workplace settings, depending on the needs of the member.

We would always advise a meeting first to assess individual needs and preferences, helping you choose the right level of support and mentoring.

    Getting Started

The first step would be to contact us via phone, email, or our website to schedule an initial meeting. At the same time, we advise contacting your social worker to notify them of interest in our service. From there, we’ll guide you through the next steps.
